First Walk of Spring

Somethings NEVER change and the MARSH is always BEAUTIFUL

This tree looks like it had a HARD LIFE

A couple WOODPECKERS live here

I have always been intrigued by the BARK of the LOLLY PINE

FINALLY - it STOPPED RAINING!

I wasn't brave enough to take the dogs with me.
They get MUDDY enough in the back yard.

But I managed to get a few good pictures.

I got up early this morning and got some stuff done.
IMAGINE THAT?

The same old stuff..pull weeds out front, clean the kitchen, laundry, PUT STUFF AWAY!
I am my OWN WORSE ENEMY.
I LIVE BY MYSELF!

I have a PLAN for NEXT WEEK.

This Thursday go get my HAIRCUT...I NEED IT!
Then drive to Baltimore to see the BOYS!
Stay until Friday afternoon and drive to Clarksburg...Clarksville...[whatever that place is Lisa lives...just not on my IMPORTANT THINGS TO REMEMBER] to visit ARIANA.

Stay until SUNDAY when we ALL GO TO BRADY'S SECOND BIRTHDAY at his GRAMMY STICK'S house on Frederick, MD.

So, while I am already 3 hours ahead of myself in Frederick, I mind as well keep going to PA and see EVERYONE UP THERE!

HERE I GO...
HERE I COME!

Billy and the Three Goats

I should write a story about Billy and His Three Goats...wait a minute...
there is a story SIMILAR to that!

Yesterday was such a MILD and SUNNY day down here in the SWAMP.

WE SAT OUT ON OUR NEW DECK!

I let the goats out to EAT some of NEW TENDER GRASS...
But instead they wanted a tube of RITZ CRACKERS!

They were so excited, Bill couldn't keep up with them.

The night was also MILD.
I had the bedroom windows open all night.
The wind was blowing KINDA HARD, I could hear my neighbors WIND CHIMES making music.
I got up around 3am and there were so MANY STARS!
On those nights when the wind blows, the stars just seem so much clearer.

This morning...it is cloudy and cold again!

I am off to town today.
Sunday is BRADY'S Birthday and I have to pick up a few things for the PARTY!

I also need to take some pictures for THOSE TILES!
Almost done with them!
